Shipping
All orders over $100include free shipping. Shipping window is Monday-Friday 10 am- 3 pm. and within 2 days of your order. (Please allow for additional days during federal holidays)
Expedited shipping is $15 and it will ship 2 day or overnight (depending on your location) We ship all orders from St. Louis.
We are currently shipping all orders using USPS. If you prefer another shipping method, please make a note for us in your order and our customer service team will take care of it for you. Please note, there may be an upcharge depending on what carrier you prefer.
Please be patient with us and the carriers in your city. Due to COVID-19, shipping windows can be delayed 1-2 days. We will always notify you if this is the case for your order.
Returns/Exchanges
We ask that you keep the sticker on the bottom inside of your bodysuit when trying on. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns/exchanges with this sticker removed. So, be sure you are happy with the fit and feel before removing sticker.
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days. Simply ship the package back to us. Please include your order number/name/email so we can better find your order and process your return. Our customer service team will reach out to you upon receiving the package to take the next steps.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We hope that your order arrives safely to your door. If your package gets lost at the fault of us or the carrier service, we will happily refund/replace your order.
However, once your package tracking information states that it was delivered, we are not responsible. We will happily assist in filing a claim with the carrier service.
Returns/Exchanges
While we're cocky and are convinced you will love everything you purchase, we have grounded ourselves to believe that it may not fit, or you just don't love it. And we respect that and love you for being transparent with us.
We will accept returns/exchanges within 2 weeks of your order delivery. Once it hits your doorstep, the clock ticks for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we regret that we can not accept any returns/exchanges.
To process an order/exchange, simply email us and let us know that you will be shipping it back to us. If you prefer an exchange, let us know what you'd like in place of your original order. In the event of a return, we will examine your order after receiving it and process a credit to your form of original payment.
